
Col. Paweł SWEKLEJ Ph.D. is a graduate of the Military University of Technology, Faculty of Armament and Aeronautics, from which he graduated in 1999. In addition, he completed, among other things, a postgraduate MBA at the Jagiellonian College in 2019, and obtained a doctoral degree in engineering and technical sciences granted by a resolution of the Scientific Council of the Air Force Institute of Technology in 2020.
During his military service to date, he has held a number of service positions starting from the position of platoon commander through, head of the armament and electronics service, expert, senior expert in the Land Forces Command and the General Command of the Armed Forces. In 2017, Col. Paweł SWEKLEJ was appointed by the Minister of Defense as head of the branch at the Military Center for Standardization, Quality and Codification, and then in April 2018 as Director of the Center.
In September 2020 he assumed the position of Director of the Military Institute of Armored and Automotive Technology, which he held until 2022.
In accordance with the decision of the Minister of Defense, Col. Paweł SWEKLEJ was appointed the CEO of the Military Institute of Armament Technology as of June 1, 2022.

Col. Radoslaw Warchol Ph.D. is a graduate of the Military University of Technology, Faculty of Armament and Aeronautics, from which he graduated in 2003. In addition, he completed, among other things, postgraduate studies at the National Defense Academy in 2014, and received a doctoral degree in engineering and technical sciences awarded by a resolution of the Scientific Council of the Air Force Institute of Technology in 2019.
During his military service to date, he has held a number of service positions starting as a platoon commander in 16BZ, a process engineer and head of department at the Ammunition Elaboration Plant in 7RBM Stawy. In 2008, he began service at the Military Institute of Armament Technology in Zielonka where he held positions ranging from engineer, assistant, laboratory manager, department head and division head.
In accordance with the decision of the Minister of National Defense, Col. Radoslaw Warchol was appointed Deputy CEO of the Military Institute of Armament Technology as of December 1, 2022.

Mariusz SOCZYÑSKI Ph.D. – /Col.Rt./ is a graduate of the Military University of Technology, from which he graduated in 1993. In addition, he completed, among other things, postgraduate studies in the area of computer-aided design of machines at the Warsaw University of Technology and from the area of public procurement at the L. Koźmiński Academy. He is also a graduate of foreign courses in the area of military equipment procurement, including at NSPA Luxemburg and DGA France. He also completed doctoral studies at the Academy of Military Arts, receiving a doctoral degree awarded by a resolution of the Scientific Council of the Academy, as a result of a dissertation on the subject of optimizing the military equipment acquisition system.
During his previous military service and work, he held many service positions in institutions of the Ministry of National Defense in the area of the military equipment procurement system, concerning, among other things, public procurement, quality assurance system, standardization, codification and conformity assessment of products intended for the needs of national defense and security.
Pursuant to Article 27 (1) of the Act of April 30, 2010 on research institutes, effective April 1, 2025, the Minister of Defense appointed Mr. Mariusz Soczynski, Ph.D. to the position of Deputy Director of Military Institute of Armament Technology for Cooperation.
